FAQ for COVID-19 related course cancellations

If your course has been cancelled due to the coronovirus/COVID-19 pandemic, then you will have received an email which:

  • provides you with a code which gives you access to a relevant online course to enable you to undertake some relevant training.
  • gives you opportunity to rebook an in-person Teach the Teacher course at your own convenience.
  • advises we are refunding the difference between the value of this online course and the fee you paid for your original course .

Can I access the online course AND book a new course date?

Yes, you can do either or both at no extra cost. We will refund the difference in cost between the in-person and online course. You can rebook an in-person course for the cost of the refund whether or not you access the online course.

Can I access the online course straight away?

Yes, you can use your code to get instant access at any time. You have 6 months to use your code and 120 days after purchase to finish the course.

Can I choose a different online course from the one you have offered me?

Yes, the code we sent you is worth £180 against any of our online courses. If you have already done the course we are offering or if you just fancy something different your code will discount any course by up to £180. You can only use it once.

Why can’t I just call you to rearrange a new course date?

You will appreciate that because of the numbers of people we are having to transfer, managing all of them on the phone would be a time-consuming task. We think it’s easier for everyone if we give you the choice to book a course on a new date at your own convenience.

Do I have to rebook a new course date now or can I wait to see how things go?

Your new course code is valid for 12 months. You can use it at any time in the next 12 months to book a new course up to 6 months in advance.

Can I book a different type of course from the one I was originally booked on?

You can use your new course code to book a different location but the code is only valid for the type of course you originally booked. If you would like to rebook on a different type of course please contact us.

Can I give either of my codes to someone else?

No, both codes are linked to your account and are not transferable to anyone else.

My code doesn’t work.

The codes we gave you are linked to your account. They are unique to you. You will need to log in to our website before applying the code. Use the email address and password you created when you booked. The email address is the one we sent the confirmation emails to. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it here.

Why can’t I have a full refund?

We believe our offer is better than a full refund. We are giving you access to our online course now AND an opportunity to rebook a new in-person course at your convenience at no extra cost. If you would prefer a full refund please email [email protected]
