Our Frequently Asked Questions page provides answers to the majority of queries we receive and may quickly provide you with the information you need.
1: If you need a link to join a Virtual Classroom course
If you need a link to join a Virtual Classroom course which is starting within the next 48 hours, please check your email’s spam or junk folder and your phone text messages. If you still don’t have the link, our office is open from 08:30 UK time on the start date of your course. If you send us an email, or call when we are open, (see details below), then we will ensure you have the information required to join your course on time.
2: Office hours:
Our regular business hours (UK time) are:
- Monday 08:30-17:00
- Tuesday 08:30-17:00
- Wednesday 08:30-17:00
- Thursday 08:30-17:00
- Friday 08:30-17:00
- Saturday 08:30-12:00
Our offices are closed on Friday, 8th of September for a Team Training Day. Email and phone messages will be monitored periodically, and answered as required. Our office will be open again, as usual, at 08:30 on Saturday, 9th of September. We will respond to any outstanding queries then.
