  4. Cancellations made less than 1 week before the start date of the course are not eligible for a refund.
  5. In the case of a course which has previously been rescheduled, the ‘start date’ of the course will be the earlier of the two dates.

Why do we charge an administration fee for cancellations?

Simply put, processing a cancellation and refund of fees costs our team time. When you cancel your course, the team needs to make changes to delegate lists, contact and discuss changes with tutors, contact and discuss changes with venues, covering the costs of digital materials, covering day delegate rates with venues, as well as manually processing the return of your fees to your account in a timely manner. In order to ensure this process is handled as a matter of urgency the administration fee covers the time required to prioritise this.

Course Cancellation by Oxford Medical

In the very unusual event that we have to cancel a course we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a free transfer to an alternative course date. Oxford Medical accepts no liability for non-refundable costs in the event that a course is cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel a course if we believe it is not possible for us to deliver a course to our usual standard or if travel to a course would be considered dangerous for the tutor or attendees. If we make the decision that it is reasonable to run the course and it goes ahead as planned, failure to attend the course may result in the loss of the course fee. It is up to you to research alternative methods of access or transportation before a course to ensure you can attend.
