How do we differ from other providers?

Small Group Teaching:
We have limited numbers of delegates on our courses with the average group size of 6 and a maximum number of 8. This provides time for an individual approach to all our customers giving the time to focus on your application and identify your areas of strenghts and more inportantly areas that need more preparation. Plenty of time is available for feedback on you and your performance and all your questions will be addresses.We do not use a lecture theatre to train 200 doctors of varying levels at the same time like other providers.

NHS Consultant Trainers:
We use GP's to run this course. All GP's are experienced in the medical recrutiment process and are trained interviewers. Occassionally we also invite a phsychologist to work with our consultant to provide a different perspective on personality and interivew/interviewer interaction to give you the edge over the competition. We do not use self styled communication experts or french businessmen to run our courses.

Comprehensive Handouts:
We routinely receive doctors who have been on other interview courses and are not satisfied with their training. We have reviewed the quality and detail of handouts that others provide and we are happy that our handouts are the most comprehensive and detailed in the market place. Our gp interview course handouts cover your complete application from cv writing all the way to the interview day itself. This "book" is a complete one stop for interview preparation and also includeds A4 summary pages on NHS hot topics. Combined with the individual training that you will receive you will get great training giving you the edge over others.

Video redorded mock interview performance analysis:
We offer to record your mock interview so that we can give you feedback that you can witness for yourself on the big screen. For most of our clients this is the first time that they have seen themselves perform and are amased at what simple errors they make. Video recording is optional however 99% of our customers want it. A copy of your interview is provided on DVD for you to review at home. We are the only providers of video performance analysis which highlights our dedication for quality assurance and great training at the cutting edge.

High verbal recommendation rate:
Most of our doctors come from verbal recommendations. This itself speaks volumes for the attention to detail and quality of the training that we provide.

High consultant appointment rate:
95% of our doctors who attend this course receive an offer of appointment to a consultant position within 2 attempts. We believe no other provider has a higher conversion rate than us
