Medical CV Writing Service
1. The client on purchase of the medical CV writing service enters into a contractual agreement with medical interview UK for the provision of this product and agrees to the terms and conditions of this product as displayed on our website.
2. The client agrees to use the downloadable template from medical interview UK to provide the required information for us to write your CV.
3. The client agrees that they will provide the information to us within 7 days of purchase of this product although this period can be extended by medical interview UK on a case by case digressional basis. Failure to meet this 7 day return period results in a breach of contract by the client and releases medical interview UK from providing this product.
4. The client agrees to enter the required information into every section on the medical CV writing template. Failure to complete each section of the template is deemed a breach of contract by the client and releases medical interview UK from their provision of this product
5. Once this product is purchased there is a no cancellation policy and no refund with be offered even if requested. It is possible to write your CV by using the detailed template and instructions given and hence we are not in a position to offer a refund.
6. On receipt of the returned completed medical CV writing template medical interview UK agrees to review the data, make the appropriate changes that we feel are necessary and write your medical CV.
7. We will return your completed CV within 7 days of receipt however reserves the right for this to be longer in exceptional circumstances. We will inform the client of any possible delays at the earliest convenience.
8. A 24 hour scrubbing period is provided where we will make reasonable requested changes to your medical CV. Any requests made after 24hrs of receipt of your document fall outside this period. Medical Interview UK will not make any changes outside of this period.
9. If scrubbing period requests are made we will endeavour to return your completed document within 7 days.
10. If no communication is heard within the 24 hour scrubbing period it is deemed that the client is happy with the service and the service contract from Oxford Medical has been met.
11. The client is responsible for providing information of a truthful nature. It is a GMC offence to provide any information in an application that is not truthful. Questions about the probity of applicants may be called into question. Medical Interview UK will provide a CV based on the information provided. We are not responsible for checking the validity of the information. Clients remain fully liable for any information present within their CV and accept that Medical interview UK carries no liability for any information that is present within their CV...
12. The client is responsible for checking any alterations made, grammar, spelling and content of their medical CV. Oxford Medical will make reasonable attempts to make sure the product is in a presentable format and will carry out spelling and grammatical checks prior to the release of the document.
13. Oxford Medical will provide the client with a Medical CV. We remind the client that medical interview UK is in no way responsible and carries no liability for applicants who are unsuccessful in their applications for a medical position.

How to cancel a course that you have booked?
Requests for cancellation of your booking on a previously booked course must be made by email to

The day of receipt of the email (opening hours only) is the time that notice is given to us of your request to cancel your place at one of our courses. Requests made by email after operating hours will be dated to the next day.
What are the Cancellation fees?
Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the scheduled course date
A 100% refund will be granted, subject to the deduction of a £50 administration fee.
Cancellation made less than 4 weeks but before 2 weeks of the scheduled course date:
A 50% refund will be granted, subject to the deduction of a £50 administration fee for a 1 day course, £100 for 2 day courses and £150 for 3 day courses.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the scheduled course date:
No refund of course fees will be made.
If you fail to attend the course on the date booked without giving notice within the above time periods we cannot offer any monetary refund. Retrospective notice (for any reason) given after the course date will not be accepted and no refund will be considered.
Snow: We cannot be held accountable for adverse weather conditions and susequent delays to transport systems. It is up to the delegate to prior research alternative methods of transportation before a course to assure that they can attend. Oxford Medial has trainers all around the UK. If we can get them to a course venue and deliver the material in adverse conditions the course will be deemed to have been delivered. Failiure of a delegate to attend will result in the loss of course fee.
How do i postpone a course that i have booked?
You can move the date of your course to an identical course free of charge once provided more than 4 weeks notice before the scheduled course date is given. You cannot reschedule a course twice as no monetary refund will be offered and you will forfeit your place and course fee in full. We do not accept requests to postpone or move a course date with less than 4 weeks notice as once again you will forfeit your course fee in full. You can however inform us of a change in delegate name should a colleague want to attend in your absence.
Requests for refunds after failure to obtain a consultant or ST position:
We provide training and guidance for preparation for the medical interview process. We do not provide a gaurentee of performance or acceptance to any position. Any request for refunds as a result of any candidate whom has received training but failed to obtain a certain position will be refused. We do not offer free training to any individual who has received training from us but was unsuccessful at their interview.
Subscriptions and Download purchases
The website subscriptions give access to material for interview training. These include downloadable medical interview guides and documents produced by Medical interviews UK. Once a purchase has been made no refund can be granted at any time. If there are problems with accessing the documents/downloads please email us so that we can email you a copy of the material.
Paying by Cheque
We accept cheque payment for our products however for those who don't want to pay over the internet we take all major credit cards (except amex) over the telephone which are processed securely. If you want to pay be cheque then these are accepted. Only on receipt of a cleared cheque payment (normally 5 days after the receipt by us of a cheque payment) will a product be sent or a course booking be confirmed. Please wait until your cheque has been cleared and full payment received by us before making travel/hotel reservations as we cannot be held responsible for these costs should the course sell out before your payment has cleared.
Course Cancellation by Oxford Medical
We reserve the right to alter any advertised course tutor (to cover for sickness) so that an advertised course can run. In the unlikely event that Oxford Medical needs to cancel an event you will be informed at the very earliest moment. You will receive the option to defer/transfer free of charge to another available course or receive a full monetary refund for your course fee. We cannot be held accountable for expenses for travel/accommodation/locum costs and other such costs either directly or indirectly associated with the cancellation of one of our courses.
DVD and video recorded data
A free optional extra of video recording of your mock interview at our interview courses is offered to our delegates. A copy of your dvd may be obtained by informing oxford medical by email before your interview course. Details on how to request this data is provided on booking. Those who request a copy before their interview course will be provided this complimentary service. The recorded data is deleted on wednesday each week after each course. We cannot be held responsible in the event of errors of data capture and difficulty in cutting/copying your DVD. Whilst 99.9% of discs work, there is always the small chance of data error during collation. We cannot offer any monetary refund in the event that your data is corrupt.
Course Changes by Oxford Medical
Oxord Medical reserves the right to cancel any of its courses. This is a last resort and all attempts to replace one of our trainers if sick/abscent will be made before any consideration is given to cancelling a course. We have never cancelled a course to date. Full provisions to move/reschedule the course will be made. In the unlikely event that a course has to be cancelled you will be informed asap.
Third party material links and downloads
We only sell our own digital products. We make no attempt to mislead our users or claim to sell third party material. Doctors will need to access a large amount of material from NHS related websites and organisations. We provide our users with links to what we feel are related material of high quality for their individual preparation. We do not store any third party digital material on our server but merely redirect our users to the third party website. Oxford Medical Training Ltd which owns Oxford Medical/www.medicalinterviewsuk.co.uk holds a Core license (PSI number C2008001778) which covers core Crown copyright information and Public Sector Information. We make every attempt to verify third party websites whose documents we may link to have crown copyright. Where there is any question over this only a link is placed to the third part website and not any specific document. We are dedicated to providing a high quality training resource whilst abiding by international copyright laws.

Delivery Policy
Training products and materials will be released as per advertised. Pre course material will be sent out by email approximately 10 days prior to the start of each adertised course to those delegates whom have booked.
Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy
Please see the refund and cancellation policy above for our interview courses. There are no returns or refunds for our digital downloads or ebooks once a purchased download has been commenced.
Privacy Policy
We do not store or currently store financial details (credit or debit card
numbers). Email and address details are stored during the reservation process and these are destroyed immediately after your course has been held. We do not sell or distribute any details from any of our customers .

Complaints Policy:
Should a cusotmer who has purchased any product from us want to complain about the product that he/she has purchased then the complaint must be put in writing and sent via royal mail registered delivery to Oxford Medical, Nolands House, Oxhill, Warwickshire, CV35 0RJ within 14 days of receipt ( for items downloaded or sent by post) or course attendance (for in house or open training courses). We will confirm receipt of this written complaint. All complaints received in this manor are investigated and a written response given normally within 6 weeks of the date of receiving any complaint. We reserve the right to extend this time frame to a maximum of 10 weeks for any reason and will inform the individual of an estimated time frame for which a response to any complaint will be given. Complaints must be in writing via recorded royal mail delivery. Complaints made by telephone or email will not be investigated or receive a formal response. They will however be made aware of this complaints policy.
A final response will be sent to the complainant which will indicate the end of the complaint process and give a written response following any investigation.

We provide instruction and information to help prepare doctors for their medical interview and other career development courses. We do not provide instruction into clinical practice. The material, views and opinions provided to our customers are those of Oxford Medical. Customers use this material of their own choice. Performance at interview cannot be guaranteed and we cannot be responsible for the outcome of medical interviews. We provide training and instruction to our customers that they may use at their own discretion and liability. Customers by using our material, views or opinions agree to do so at their own risk and we cannot be held liable/responsible for our customers performance clinically or at any interview.
