The ST medical interview process will commence in late 2008 for the application process to be rolled out again from January to April 2009. Competition for ST training places is expected to be as high as last year with a competition ratio estimated at 3:1
Competition for places will vary depending on speciality and year of application (ST1, ST2, ST3, ST4). This is also compounded by the decisions by a lot of the royal college to un-couple the run trhough process this year.
Our 2 main products are the ST Medical Interview guide which is a 100 page pdf guide to the ST interview process and contains useful 1 page summaries on all the latest hot topics that have been asked at interview. It also comes with a interview skills section so you can read about how to present and answer questions. We have also taken the time to give demonstration answers for some of the most common questions. This is a downloadable product.
Our other main ST training product is the ST interview course. This is a 1 day oxford based course that gives you the information about the application, interview and recrutiment process and covers all the material presented in our downloadable guide. All material is delivered by current NHS consultants who have been involved in the medical recruitment process. Please note that other providers of similiar courses may not be medically qualified or not provide you with as high quality preparation material as we do. We only deliver high quality products delivered by people who are fully qualified to be classified as experts in this area.
